Job Title: Finance Operations Executive

Department: Finance

Reporting To: General Manager - CFO's Office

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for monitoring and driving finance-related compliance activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, while ensuring seamless onboarding of stores from a Finance perspective. The candidate will act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory, internal, and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

oOwn and manage end-to-end store and franchise onboarding from a Finance standpoint

oAct as a key finance SPOC for franchise operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

oDrive franchise onboarding activities, including documentation, financial setup, and compliance readiness

oDrive and track go-live activities for new stores and franchise locations, ensuring finance and compliance sign-offs; proactively identify risks and escalate delays

oMonitor, track, and drive finance and compliance-related activities across cross-functional teams

oEnsure timely completion of statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements

oPrepare onboarding and compliance MIS and dashboards for management review

oSupport internal and external audits and respond to compliance-related queries

oIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance onboarding, franchise, and compliance workflows

Key Skills & Competencies:

oStrong understanding of finance operations and compliance requirements

oAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and drive tasks to closure

oGood analytical and problem-solving skills

oHigh attention to detail and accuracy

oStrong communication and coordination skills

oProficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/ERP (preferred)

Qualifications:

oBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

oCA-Inter / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

:

o2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Compliance, NSO, or a similar role

oPrior experience in store onboarding, retail finance, or multi-location operations is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
