Job Summary

The Operation Executive will support the finance and compliance team in ensuring all company financial practices comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and statutory laws. This role involves documentation, audit preparation, financial record management, and assisting in statutory filings.

Key responsibilities

Project coordination and workflow management:

Serve as a central point of contact to ensure that client projects, from initial consultation to final certification, are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Customer liaison:

Coordinate with clients and internal consultants to gather necessary documentation, provide status updates, and address queries related to the certification process.

Compliance and documentation:

Maintain and track all project-related documents, ensuring they meet the required standards for various international certifications (e.g., ISO, CE Marking).

Process improvement:

Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Reporting and analysis:

Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management to aid in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Vendor and partner coordination:

Manage relationships and transactions with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of high-quality services.

Internal support:

Collaborate with business development, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and alignment with company goals.
