Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Officer

with strong hands-on expertise in

fund flow and cash flow management, working capital optimization, accounting compliance, and profitability management

. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights and controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Flow & Cash Flow Management

Prepare, analyse, and monitor

fund flow and cash flow statements

. Ensure optimum utilization of funds and maintain adequate liquidity. Manage daily cash positions and banking operations.

2. Working Capital Management

Monitor

receivables, payables, inventory, and credit cycles

. Improve cash conversion cycle and control operational costs.

3. Accounting & Compliance

Oversee

books of accounts

, finalization, and monthly/annual closures. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits

, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

4. Profitability & Financial Control

Analyze

profitability, margins, and cost structures

across business verticals. Implement financial controls, MIS, and budgeting processes. Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

5. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and present

financial reports, MIS, variance analysis

, and dashboards to management. Forecast revenues, expenses, and cash requirements.

6. Team & Stakeholder Management

Guide and review the work of junior finance/accounts staff. Liaise with banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

fund flow, cash flow, working capital management

. Excellent command over

accounting principles and financial compliance

. Hands-on experience in

Tally / ERP systems

and MS Excel. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Education & Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

preferred. Relevant certifications in finance or accounting will be an advantage.
