Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and management reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Implement cost control measures and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
Education:
M.Com or B.Com in Finance/Accounting.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including
exposure to budgeting and financial planning

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proven ability in
budgeting, financial analysis, and planning
.
Proficiency in
Tally
and
Microsoft Excel
.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
