Prepare, generate, and manage customer invoices.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure invoice accuracy.
Track invoices against dispatches to ensure timely processing.
Financial Data Management:
Record and reconcile financial transactions in Tally ERP.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Provide insights to support decision-making.
Excel & Google Sheets Operations:
Maintain and update financial trackers.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, etc.) for accurate reporting.
Cross-Departmental Support:
Collaborate with Marketing teams for data and reporting needs.
Coordinate with Finance for audits, reconciliations, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or marketing support roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Sheets and collaborative tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and effective time management.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or marketing support.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
