Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and MIS reports. Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies. Support management in strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills

Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA (preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management or a senior finance role.

Pay: ₹60,526.04 - ₹85,710.41 per month
