The Finance Manager will support management in investment planning, budgeting, tax planning, risk management, and overall financial decision-making. The role includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and contributing to strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and analysis
Prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and manage forecasting
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements as per standards
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Implement internal controls and risk management practices
Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team
Identify opportunities for improving financial processes
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years in financial management
