Finance Manager - 0-3 yrs, Trivandrum

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The

ideal candidate will bring strong technical grounding in finance, having successfully completed CA

Final, along with a keen interest in contributing to both core financial operations and broader

business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to grow into leadership and play a key part in a

high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial transactions, vendor payments, and

reconciliations using Tally.

? Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

? Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support filings (e.g., GST, TDS, etc.).

? Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business decisions.

? Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness for internal and statutory audits.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, cost analysis, and operational

finance matters.

? Contribute to the development of financial processes, controls, and automation initiatives.

Preferred Profile

? Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Final cleared) with 0-3 years of relevant experience.

? Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.

? Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.

? Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.

? A self-driven individual with long-term aspirations toward leadership in finance.
