Finance Manager - 0-3 yrs, Trivandrum

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The

ideal candidate will bring strong technical grounding in finance, having successfully completed CA

Final, along with a keen interest in contributing to both core financial operations and broader

business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to grow into leadership and play a key part in a

high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities


Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial transactions, vendor payments, and

reconciliations using Tally.


Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.


Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support filings (e.g., GST, TDS, etc.).


Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business decisions.


Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness for internal and statutory audits.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, cost analysis, and operational

finance matters.


Contribute to the development of financial processes, controls, and automation initiatives.

Preferred Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Final cleared) with 0-3 years of relevant experience.


Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.


Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.


Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.


A self-driven individual with long-term aspirations toward leadership in finance.
