Responsibilities:
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various internal teams and external platforms.
Generate weekly, and monthly performance & planning reports (Legal, Accounts & Construction team)
Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Maintain and update databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
Assist in forecasting and budgeting through historical data trends.
Involved with coordination with Banking related tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Knowledge of
Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance in Real Estate Sector
