Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Management:

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and long-term business plans to support the company's growth objectives. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, budget vs. actuals analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Financial Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations on financial performance, resource allocation, and business decisions. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Capital Raising:

Investor Relations: Lead the process of raising capital from Venture Capitalists (VCs), angel investors, or other business investors. Pitch Deck & Financial Modeling: Develop compelling financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch decks to attract potential investors. Due Diligence: Manage the due diligence process, providing all necessary financial information and documentation to prospective investors. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on funding terms and agreements, working closely with legal counsel to close investment rounds successfully.
Accounts & Bookkeeping:

Zoho Bookkeeping: Oversee and manage all aspects of bookkeeping using Zoho, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Expense Management: Implement and monitor expense policies and procedures, ensuring all expenditures are properly authorized and recorded. Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance with local, state, and national financial regulations. Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a significant plus. Experience: [Specify number] years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and successful capital raising. Zoho Expertise: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho for bookkeeping and financial management. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
