Job Description

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. Reporting to the CFO/Finance Director, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership experience to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare periodic forecasts, and monitor performance against plans. Oversee financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling. Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions. Manage investment planning and evaluation, ensuring optimal allocation of capital and alignment with business goals. Supervise preparation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor finance staff to enhance financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred). Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
