As a fast-growing FMCG brand built on trust and transparency, we're looking for a Finance Manager who can bring financial discipline, process excellence, and analytical insights to support our growth journey.
Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of Jivika Pure, including budgeting, collections, payments, compliance, and financial reporting. The role demands hands-on involvement in daily accounting activities, managing distributor and vendor payments, and maintaining financial health in alignment with our company's growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow.
Monitor and ensure timely collection from distributors, modern trade partners, and online marketplaces.
Track vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and financial analysis reports.
Support in inventory valuation, cost control, and margin analysis.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances as per regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.
Liaise with banks for working capital management and fund requirements.
Recommend strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
Collaborate with the sales, operations, and procurement teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in FMCG or D2C brands.
Strong knowledge of collection management, vendor payments, and trade finance.
Proficiency in Zoho, Tally / ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Sound understanding of taxation, compliance, and inventory accounting.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
