About the Job
We are looking for a hands-on and trustworthy Finance Manager to manage all finance operations end to end. The ideal candidate will independently oversee accounting, compliance, reporting, and cash flow management while working closely with the HR team to ensure smooth coordination on finance-related matters such as headcount planning, reimbursements, and compliance documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all finance operations, including accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, expense management, and group consolidation using Xero.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds at all times; proactively follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain healthy collections.
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business goals and financial sustainability.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory regulations across all our entities.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and insights for the leadership team and Board of Directors.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations and timely audit completion.
Work closely with the HR team on headcount planning, cost control, reimbursements, and documentation to ensure alignment between finance and HR processes.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred).
Proven experience in managing end-to-end finance functions across multiple entities or countries.
Proficiency in Xero and solid understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English for clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR and cross-functional teams.
Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our Hyderabad office.
