Key Responsibilities:
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
Support strategic decisions through financial data analysis
Monitor fund flow, working capital, and investment planning
Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards
Oversee daily accounting entries, ledger management, and reconciliation
Supervise accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments
Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursements
Conduct internal audits and prepare audit schedules
Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all transactions
Statutory Compliance & Administration:

Qualifications:
MBA in Finance / M.Com / CA (Inter/Semi-qualified)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial regulations
Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
