Job Title: Finance Manager

Experience Level: 15+ Years

Mode: Work from Office (5 Days Working)

Location: •Agra• {Candidate only from the North}/ •Hyderabad• {anywhere in the South can apply}.

Industry Preferred: IT/Technology/Saas/IoT, any technology based industry experience preferred.

Education: MBA (Finance) / CA Qualified

Experience: 12-15+ years of experience in the same

Work Mode: WFO, 5 Days Work Week

NP: 15-20Days

Salary: 25-28LPA

Language Requirements: Professional level English

Interview: 2-3 Rounds.

Key Responsibilities:-


Manage Regular Bookkeeping and accounting stuff


Work with management for finance reporting


Manage different cost centers and PnL at their level


Liasioning work with the bank for working capital and other stuff


Work with vendors for finance and other cost-related negotiations


Experience with mergers and acquisitions will be an added advantage.


Support the due diligence process when required by our customers or partners


Come up with a finance strategy to control cost and improve business bottom lines...


experience with international operations to manage profits will be an added advantage.


Manage the finance function independently and ensure 100% compliance


Manage contracts with all customers/partners/vendors and work with the legal team to ensure viability


Good in communication and maturity in execution, ability to work with teams and manage his own functional team


Manage global operations in India and US and potentially other countries going forward.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹208,333.00 - ₹233,333.00 per month
