Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Manage hospital accounts, billing, revenue cycle, and cost control initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, taxation, and regulatory norms Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments Implement financial controls, policies, and best practices to optimize profitability Support strategic planning, expansion projects, and capital expenditure decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of proven experience in finance and accounting (healthcare/hospital experience preferred) Strong knowledge of hospital finance, billing systems, and revenue management Expertise in budgeting, MIS, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
