Holiday Residency, Coimbatore, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
with a strong background in the
hotel industry
. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide strategic financial guidance to support the hotel's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger management.
Handle
GST filing, TDS computation and other statutory compliances
accurately and on time.
Maintain proper books of accounts using
Tally ERP
and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor and manage
cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants for audits and financial reviews.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and internal financial policies.
Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
Support management with data-driven insights for financial decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce (Master's/MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hotel industry
in a finance or accounts role.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of
GST filing, TDS and statutory compliance
.
Experience in hotel accounting, cost management and financial planning.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
