Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.*

Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.*

Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.*

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.Internal*

Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.*

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.*

E-commerce Metrics: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, gross margin, and inventory turnover.*

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.*
