About Us
Prema Consulting LLC is a professional services firm specializing in auditing, taxation, business setup, and financial advisory. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow management.
Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax (India).
Support and manage compliance with UAE taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax) where required.
Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and working capital.
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards, UAE tax regulations, and company policies.
Lead, supervise, and manage the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Arrange regular training sessions to upskill team members and maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications & Experience
CA Semi-qualified (CA Inter) - mandatory.
10-12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, or audit (excluding articleship).
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Working knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax) preferred.
Proven experience in team management and training.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP or similar accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary Range
₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month (depending on qualification & experience).
