We are in search of an accomplished Finance Manager to join our team, assuming a pivotal role in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a knack for strategic financial analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have the capability and ambition to transition into a broader leadership role, managing the entire finance function in course of time.



What will you do



Finance Management

Actively drive the development of internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Treasury Management

Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions Maintain banking relationships Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure Arrange for equity financing and debt financing Invest funds Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows

Financial Planning and Analysis

Budgeting: Manage the preparation of the company's budget
