TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD is into manufacturing and repairing of Power & Distribution Transformers up to 10MVA, 33KV. From 1999-2000 to 2003-2004, the company geared itself with adequate technical knowledge.

In 2003-04, TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD facility was installed to manufacture Oil Immersed Power and Distribution Transformers up to 50MVA, 132kV Class, Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 22KV Class, Cast Resin Dry type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 KV Class, Unitised & Pad Mounted Substations up to 2MVA, 33KV Class.

Job Responsiblities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare precise financial statements and management reports to support decision-making. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to maintain financial stability. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business strategy, including cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, track performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and timely tax filings. Lead, mentor, and manage finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Support internal and external audits, implementing recommendations to strengthen financial practices. Manage LC, BC, and PGB-related financial processes and documentation. Oversee cash flow management, CMA preparation, and balance sheet finalization for audits. Ensure accurate finalization of the company's books of accounts. Handle routine banking operations and draft official correspondence to bankers. Coordinate vendor financing services (VFS) and related arrangements. Possess knowledge of import-export documentation and procedures.
