Job Summary:

to lead and oversee the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, budgeting, and reporting functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the

financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

processes Prepare, analyze, and review

financial statements, MIS reports

variance analyses

Ensure

statutory compliance

with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements Monitor

cash flows, working capital

, and manage

funding requirements

effectively Liaise with

external auditors

, tax consultants, and financial institutions Identify and implement

cost optimization strategies

and process improvements Develop

financial models and dashboards

to support strategic decision-making Maintain and enforce

internal controls
