Job Description

We are looking for a

strategic, detail-driven Finance Manager

who goes beyond spreadsheets and compliance--someone who understands that finance is the backbone of smart decision-making. This role is ideal for a professional who can translate numbers into insights, safeguard financial health, and actively contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the company's

financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

processes Prepare and analyze

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability metrics Ensure

statutory compliance

(GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, regulatory filings) Lead

cost optimization and financial control initiatives

Support leadership with

financial insights, MIS reports, and scenario analysis

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely closures Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls Mentor and manage junior finance and accounts team members
What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

(CA / CMA / MBA preferred)

4-10 years

of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles Strong knowledge of

Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

Proficiency in

Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders High integrity, ownership mentality, and attention to detail
