About Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager - Reporting & Compliance to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, and supporting business decision-making through strong governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Ensure timely consolidation and reporting of group entities. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for management and regulatory requirements. Provide analytical insights to management based on financial performance trends.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of audits. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Risk Management

Identify financial and operational risks, and recommend corrective measures. Support enterprise risk management and business continuity planning. Drive compliance awareness across finance and business teams.
Team Leadership

Manage and mentor the reporting and compliance team. Foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, operations, legal).

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks. Proven experience in managing audits and statutory reporting.
