We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to lead and strengthen our finance function across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will combine a strong grounding in accounting with forward-looking business finance capabilities -- someone who not only ensures compliance and control, but also partners with management on growth planning, profitability, and operational efficiency. Given Spintly's diverse revenue models and geographies of operation, we expect the candidate to have an ability to understand different revenue models, cost structures, and cash cycles.

Location: Based out of Bangalore/Goa

Key Responsibilities



Financial Management & Control



Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance across all operating entities. Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements and management reports. Strengthen internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks across geographies.

Business Finance & Planning



Partner with management on business plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) -- revenue, margins, working capital, and cash flow. Provide insights through MIS, variance analysis, and dashboards to support decision-making. Support pricing, commercial negotiations, and investment decisions through sound financial analysis Drive effective

inventory management and cost control

-- ensuring accurate valuation, optimized working capital, and visibility into stock movements. Collaborate with operations to align

inventory and procurement planning

with business and cash flow needs.

Strategic & Operational Leadership



Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team across

three countries

. Manage treasury operations, fund flow, and banking relationships. Drive process automation and adoption of digital finance tools. Collaborate with business, sales, operations, and technology teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Desired Profile



CA

with

8-10 years

of post-qualification experience. Proven track record of managing finance in

hardware, software, or technology product/service

businesses. Strong understanding of both

accounting fundamentals

and

business finance / FP&A

. Experience working in or overseeing multi-country entities. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel/financial modeling.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
