- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company\'s overall business goals
- Prepare and manage comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and support cost-saving initiatives
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
- Manage financial risks by implementing internal controls and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on current financial trends and best practices
- Provide financial leadership and mentorship to the team
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Manage cash flow and ensure the company\'s financial solvency
- MBA in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a progressive finance leadership role
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and financial analysis techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools

- Master\'s (Preferred)
- Corporate finance: 8 years (Preferred)
