Position –Finance Manager Experience – 4+ years Location – Koregaon Park, Pune Shift Timing : 6.30 pm-3.30 am - UK Shift Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and planstrategic initiatives

• Internal Control over Financial Reporting

• Risk Management and Policies

• Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to Business manager and Budget Owners, establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives

• Develops organization prospects by studying revenue opportunities/leakages; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; conserving capital to fund expansion
