Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance reports, including
Daily Revenue Reports

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks/opportunities.
Present financial findings and recommendations to the General Manager and corporate leadership.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Lead the annual
budgeting process
in collaboration with department heads, ensuring all financial plans align with the resort's strategic goals.
Prepare regular
financial forecasts
to predict future performance and guide operational decisions.
Monitor budget adherence and provide actionable feedback to department managers on controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
Accounting Operations and Control
Manage the
Accounts Payable (AP)
,
Accounts Receivable (AR)
, and
General Ledger (GL)
functions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payroll, and expense reports.
Oversee the daily
cash management
processes, including bank reconciliation and petty cash control.
Maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard resort assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Coordinate and manage the resort's external
audit
processes.
Revenue Management and Compliance
Work closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure accurate recording of room, F&B, and other ancillary revenues.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, tax filings (e.g., sales tax, occupancy tax), and licensing requirements.
Handle all banking relationships and external financial vendor management.
Leadership and Training
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting staff.
Act as a financial liaison and advisor to all department heads, providing training on cost control, P&L comprehension, and capital expenditure requests.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Finance ,Accounting.
Experience:
Minimum of
5-7 years of progressive experience
in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a management role within the
hospitality industry (hotel or resort)
.
