Job Description

Qualification - MBA in Finance

Experience : 3- 4 year, Age 28-35 yrs

1. Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.

2. Verification of purchase invoice with PO.

3. Reconciliation of creditors ledger for the payment purpose.

4. Coordinating with CHA for the purpose of import clearance , Verifying the Imported invoices & checklist for the purpose of Bill of Entry.

5. Verification of payment documents against Import purchase.

6. Computing GST, TDS, Other taxes & ensures for prompt payment.

7. Preparation of GST filing & TDS Return, ESIC, PF .

8. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

9. Finalization of various statement required to submit by Company, Like FLA statement to RBI,IEC statement to DGFT.

10. Providing monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly financials results with other statements as per requirement of Head Office .

11. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, preparing other financial and reports time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
