Purpose:


PGCS is seeking a Finance Manager for the concentrate manufacturing plant in India. This location is a key pillar in the concentrate model, supplying concentrate to bottlers across the high growth India market. This position will champion strong growth in the coming years through key strategic initiatives and partnership with PGCS cross functional and Sector teams.
This role will undertake a leadership role in the construction of a new concentrate manufacturing facility in India, providing strong governance and leadership, acting as sole financial representative to all internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Principle Responsibilities include:

• Lead the finance function for the India Concentrate business, supporting Plant Director and acting as key member of India plant leadership team.
• Lead reporting of operating costs and revenue accounting transactions ensuring accuracy and reasonability while adhering to reporting timelines.
• Key leadership role in the construction of second concentrate manufacturing plant, leading the coordination of activities across India and central functional teams - prepare and consolidate the overall strategy and present to central PGCS leadership team.
• Assume full financial responsibility managing the financials for complicated supply chains to ensure the India Market has surety of Supply whilst constructing the second facility in parallel \xe2\x80\x93 lead communications on strategic rationale to PGCS, BU and sector leadership teams.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts for India Concentrate \xe2\x80\x93 act as the driving force in mitigating risks and delivering opportunities.
• Act as steward for company assets (fixed assets & inventory), holding responsibility for maintaining and leading a strong control environment in accordance with PepsiCo policy - position defines, drives and delivers controls agenda for site.
• Lead communications with government agencies, ensuring compliance across increasingly complex Tax and GST regulations and standards, hold a leadership role in significant Global and International tax audits.
• Lead development and implementation of best practice tools which improve accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness of financial transaction processing & reporting.
• Lead and drive the productivity agenda for the India site \xe2\x80\x93 involves target setting across budget holders and leading ideation of new productivity initiatives.
• Finance lead for strategic growth workstreams to be delivered in India through close partnership with key business unit and sector stakeholders.

• Bachelor Business Administration, Major Accounting/ Accountancy Qualification.
• 10 years+ PQE in Accounting and Finance leadership roles
• Proven Strategic thinking capability.
• Proven ability to manage business complexity and change and manage multiple priorities.
• Extensive Control Experience
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Sox Experience a must.
• Computer literate, Microsoft Business applications, SAP Experience a must
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills and strong interpersonal skills coupled with collaborative approach, to get things done both up and across the organization.
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, ability to influence and align teams in a matrix and virtual environment.
