Role Overview

We're looking for a

Finance Manager

who combines strong accounting and procurement experience with a

tech-savvy mindset

especially in

Odoo ERP implementation

. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end finance operations, streamline purchase and vendor processes, and help drive our digital transformation across accounts and procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

Manage day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, ledgers). Track project-wise costs, client billing, and cash flow. Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and P&L statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Procurement & Vendor Management

Lead material and service procurement for interior projects. Develop vendor base and negotiate cost-effective terms. Oversee purchase documentation and delivery tracking. Collaborate with design and site teams for material planning.

Odoo ERP Implementation

Lead or support

Odoo ERP setup and integration

across Finance, Purchase, and Project modules. Map business processes and ensure smooth system adoption. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Finance, Commerce, or related field

.

6+ years

of experience in finance and procurement, preferably in

interior design or construction.

Hands-on Odoo ERP experience

or similar system implementation background. Strong proficiency in

Tally/Busy

, MS Excel, and ERP-based reporting. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Profile

Experience in

project-based accounting

and

cost estimation

for interiors. Comfortable with technology and digital tools for finance automation. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
