Position: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to ?15 LPA

We are hiring a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). The ideal candidate will have a background in service-based industries or ed-tech/startup environments. Candidates with long-term experience solely in consulting or CA firms post-qualification will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:

Primary Requirements:

Strong experience in MIS reporting (Budgeting, P&L, Reconciliation)

Solid accounting knowledge, with the ability to independently manage auditors and finalize books of accounts

Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis

Eligibility:

CA with 2+ years of relevant industry experience (preferably in service-based sectors)

Non-CA with 5+ years of relevant experience

Candidates with over 3 years of post-CA experience only in consulting or CA firms will not be considered

Secondary Requirements:

Working knowledge of taxation and compliance

Prior experience in the service sector is a strong advantage

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore

Salary is up to ?15 LPA, depending on experience and skills
