Role Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to lead our financial operations and oversee the

implementation, optimization, and management of Odoo Accounting

across all departments. This role requires strong accounting expertise, ERP implementation knowledge, team leadership, and a strategic approach to financial management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management



Lead day-to-day financial operations: AP/AR, GL, banking, cash flow, and reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closures. Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.

Odoo Accounting Implementation & Optimization



Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo Accounting.

Configure modules such as:

Chart of Accounts

Invoicing

Payments

Bank Sync

Taxation (GST/TDS)

Multi-warehouse and inventory valuation

Analytics and cost centers

Build and optimize financial workflows inside Odoo (invoices, approvals, purchase flow, expenses, etc.).

Train internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo Financial modules.

Coordinate with Odoo consultants or developers for customizations.


Compliance & Audit



Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Income Tax). Coordinate with auditors and lead internal audit readiness.

Budgeting & Strategic Planning



Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Analyze financial data to support management decision-making. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement areas.

Leadership & Team Management



Supervise junior accountants and finance team members. Set KRAs/KPIs, evaluate performance, and strengthen finance operations. Build strong coordination with Purchase, Sales, and Operations teams.

Skills Required



Strong experience in

Odoo Accounting implementation

(

must have led or played a major role in configuration of business rules within Odoo Accounting).

Expertise in financial accounting, MIS reporting, and compliance. Strong knowledge in GST, TDS, and Indian taxation. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to streamline processes and improve financial controls. Strong communication, leadership, and training ability.

Eligibility



Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA (Inter)

Experience:

5-12 years, including

Odoo Accounting implementation

Industry experience in interiors, furniture, retail, or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
