Finance Manager provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization He/she will supervise the Accounts team and he is the Chief Financial spokesperson for the entity The Finance Manager will report directly to Group Finance Manager and will be responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs We consider the candidates with the international exposure only. The successful candidate must travel at least 1 time per month (up to 1-week business trip). Main duties and responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department Finance and Compliance Manager will share the Finance Managers all the budgets related to their territories. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports, cash flow statement balance sheet, profit and loss statement of comprehensive income, statement of equity. Sharing with the CFO for determining the Vision/Mission and the targeted goals for the Entity. Meeting with CFO for final reviewing all the budgets related to the Master budget to be ready for distribution. Based on the previous point, the Finance and Compliance Manager will coordinate with the Projects Manager to solve the technical issues that directly effecting financially, and the Memo should send to CFO Monthly reviewing the existing internal control system and the procedures and issuing the report to CFO with his recommendation Processes and overseeing PIPECARE accounts receivable operations Manage / monitor the budgets as determined and approved by Top Management Manage / monitor the financial facilities from banks. Monitoring current banks finance position Have access to Division information and planning Weekly meeting with the divisions managers to discuss and to support/solving any financial issue Projects profitability analysis and to be report to CFO with recommendation Close monitoring of ERP performance with IT Department Manage cash flow position on daily basis and keep an update on forecast Review contracts with clients Provide financial data to outside agencies like banks, etc. Randomly get assets verified with books Coordinate to finalization the financial audit. Advise financial implication of expansion plans Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control Analytical review for the revenues, cost, expenses, stock, equity, receivables & payables and issuing the necessary report to PIPECARE. Surprise fraud audit directly by him for the functions related to Finance and production by choosing samples Based on the below point, the report should be issue to the PIPECARE showing the results with recommendation. Monthly reviewing the Tax report received from the territories Finance Managers Performs other duties as assigned by PIPECARE CFO within the job role. Reviewing Periodically the UN sanctions as a part of corporate compliance Skills/Experience required: Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of senior level experience with oil field services companies. Extensive experience in Financial Management, Financial Reporting and handling of treasury related matters. Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, review of financial statements, preparation and review of financial budgets/forecasts and analyzing periodic variances. Experience in preparing documentation, policies, agreements, transfer price policies intra company and so on. Extensive experience in evaluating design and operating effectiveness of Internal Controls, formulation of policies & procedures, agreements, transfer price policies intra company, system development and implementation. Active, excellent managerial and organizational skills, time management skills. Work experience in international teams is required. MBA in finance, additional certification in accounting as a plus.
