Requirement:

The Ideal candidate should be CA-Intern / MBA Finance with sound knowledge. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Financial Management role. Should have

experience in handling of Trust Accounts.

Should have experience in the handling of

Accounts of Educational Institutes.

Preparation of asset, liability and capital account entries for compilations and analysing. Recommending financial actions for accounting options and cost reduction. Reconciliations of financial discrepancies by analysing account information. Maintaining financial security by following internal controls. Prepare financial reports, forecasts and statements. Asses Financial alternatives by considering risk factors. Prepare analysis for major capital purchases, working capital and other financial needs. Should possess knowledge of statutory audit processes and assisting with the Statutory Auditor to complete the audit and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Experience in assessing internal controls, modify if necessary to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with statutory and financial regulations. Experience in preparing CMA and other financial statements for applying/renewing banking Experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and manage a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to accounting principles and standards. Experience in developing financial plans with budget and should have negotiation skills to get the financing at least price.
