We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. Please note that this role is a part of our US SBU and the work timings would be in US time zone. : Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US accounting standards. Maintain and manage accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Create meaningful Management Information System (MIS) reports and present them to relevant stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights and address queries. Make informed decisions on accounting fundamentals to ensure the company\'s financial health. Develop interactive dashboards on Power BI to visualize financial data effectively. Present financial dashboards to investors and founders, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. 3-4 years of relevant experience in US accounting and finance. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus. Comfortable working in US time zone
