Manage high-value banking transactions of ?250 Crore and above.
Oversee fund planning, creditor payments, and debtor collections.
Handle booking of forward and future contracts.
Ensure compliance with EDPMS/IDPMS under FEMA guidelines.
Prepare CMA data and other critical management reports.
Drive budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Apply knowledge of hedge accounting for risk mitigation.
Coordinate with banks for funding, documentation, and financial operations.
Lead and manage a finance team of 10+ members.
Ensure timely tax payments, payroll processing, and statutory compliances.
