About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Finance professional

who will work closely with senior management to drive financial strategy, improve profitability, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a

business partner

, handle large data sets, enable decision-making, and deliver strong financial reporting and insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning

Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting Develop budgets and oversee financial performance for domestic and Dubai. Business modeling, scenario planning & margin analysis Support fundraising strategies (Debt & Equity)

Budgeting & Operational Analysis

Prepare Annual Budgets & Annual Operating Plans (AOP) Conduct variance and cost-structure analysis Drive corrective actions to achieve growth & profitability targets

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization Expense management, liquidity planning & cost control

Reporting & Business Analysis

Monthly & quarterly financial reporting KPI tracking, dashboards, and trend analysis Board-level and investor presentations

Operational Finance

Improve accounting processes & internal controls ERP evaluation and implementation Coordinate with tax, legal & audit teams

Transaction Support

M&A support (buy-side / sell-side) Due diligence, valuation analysis & pitch decks Exit planning support

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) / CMA / CFA or related qualification

5-7 years of relevant experience

Industry exposure in Transport / Logistics / Car Rental preferred

Skills Required

Strong communication & leadership skills Analytical thinking & problem-solving ability High attention to detail & numerical accuracy Business acumen with software & ERP proficiency Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
