Department: Finance | Business Unit: Finance - IndiaWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Pune. This is a key role responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong experience in audits, financial reporting, and internal controls, we'd love to connect.What You'll DoManage month-end closing activities including provisions, depreciation, AR/AP reporting, and P&L analysis.Review journals, reconciliations, and reporting schedules for accurate month-end submissions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of books.Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analysis and balance sheet ratio analysis.Drive cash flow forecasting and FX reporting.Oversee AR, AP, accruals, prepaids, provisions, and related reconciliations.Lead Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and GST audits.Prepare and finalize statutory financial statements and annual tax audit files.Maintain compliance trackers and oversee STPI compliances.Assess financial risks and ensure adequate insurance coverage.Support ERP implementation and drive process improvements.Partner closely with the Finance Director for reporting and compliance matters.What We're Looking ForStrong experience independently handling audits and internal controls.Solid understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting.Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).Advanced Excel skills and expertise in Tally ERP.Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop solutions.Good to HaveExperience in IT/ITES industry or cost-plus model.Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for IT companies.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
