Finance Manager - Manufacturing Company

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, particularly focusing on

cost of goods sold (COGS)

, inventory valuation, and production variances.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage tax filings and internal/external audits.

Cost Accounting:

Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems, analyzing manufacturing costs, fixed and variable expenses, and profitability by product line.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and debt, optimizing liquidity.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CA preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role,

ideally within the manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

cost accounting principles

and inventory management. Salary Range- CTC 50000 - 75,000/- per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
