Job Title: Finance Manager Banking, Export Documentation & Compliance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take ownership of key financial, banking, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Letters of Credit, EDPMS documentation, bank grantees, export procedures, and regulatory requirements including ITR, GST, and MCA compliances for a private limited company. This is a critical role ensuring smooth operations between the company, banks, export partners, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities:1. Banking Operations & Credit Management

Handle bank grantee documentation and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Prepare, review, and manage Letters of Credit (LCs) - including Export LCs. Manage EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System) entries and reconciliations. Coordinate with banks for sanctioning of credit limits, preparation of required documentation, and manage annual renewals. Liaise with relationship managers at banks for smooth transaction handling and compliance.
2. Export & Import Documentation

Ensure all documentation related to export shipments, LCs, invoices, and customs is accurate and compliant. Coordinate with freight forwarders, banks, and export authorities for timely submission and approvals. Maintain accurate records for realization of export proceeds under RBI norms.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Government Notices

Prepare and submit timely responses to notices from government authorities including Income Tax, GST, MCA, etc. Assist in filing Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and handling assessments or scrutiny notices. Ensure all statutory dues are paid on time to avoid penalties.
4. Company Documentation & Legal Compliance

Maintain and manage company-level documents such as rental agreements, lease renewals, vendor contracts, etc. Coordinate with Company Secretary (CS) and legal consultants to ensure MCA filings, board resolutions, and ROC compliances are up to date for the Private Limited company.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting; CA/MBA (Finance) preferred. 5+ years of experience in finance, banking operations, and compliance. Strong understanding of bank documentation, LC procedures, and export-import compliance. Working knowledge of EDPMS, FEMA/RBI regulations, and export procedures. Familiarity with ITR, GST filing processes, and handling government notices. Knowledge of Company Law compliance for Private Limited Companies. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems; experience with accounting software is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:

Exposure to working with export-oriented businesses. Experience handling credit facilities like cash credit, term loans, LC/BG with banks. Familiarity with legal documentation and contract management

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
