Key Responsibilities
Fund Raising & Debt Financing
Identify and secure debt and equity funding for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Evaluate funding options and structure financial instruments suitable for real estate development.
Prepare loan applications, term sheets, and liaise with lenders for sanction and disbursement.
Bank Liaisoning & Investor Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity investors, and financial institutions.
Handle negotiations for interest rates, repayment terms, and project financing.
Manage compliance with covenants, reporting requirements, and credit monitoring.
Capital Market & Strategic Finance
Monitor and analyze capital markets for potential fundraising opportunities.
Assist in structuring real estate investment trusts (REITs), bonds, or other capital market instruments.
Support senior management in evaluating strategic financial opportunities.
Financial Modelling & Analysis
Build, update, and maintain detailed financial models for real estate projects.
Perform scenario analysis, cash flow forecasting, and project IRR/ROI calculations.
Provide insights on project viability and recommend financial strategies.
Budgeting, Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparing budgets, MIS reports, and presentations for management and investors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financing and investments.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
real estate financing, fund raising, and banking processes
.
Expertise in
debt financing, equity structuring, and capital market instruments
.
Proficiency in
financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and valuation techniques
.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship management with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, financial modelling tools, and ERP systems.
Qualifications & Experience
CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
7-10 years
of experience in finance, with at least
6+ years in real estate sector
.
Proven track record in
fund raising, debt financing, and financial modelling
.
Exposure to
capital markets and investor relations
will be an added advantage
