We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial health. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of financial management principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
2) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
3) Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
4) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5) Manage budgeting processes and assist department heads with budget planning and tracking.
6) Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity.
7) Supervise and mentor the accounting team or junior finance staff.
8) Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as needed.
9) Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, or software for process improvement.
10) Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business case development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
2) Minimum of [5+] years of experience in financial management or similar role.
3) Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
4) Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6) Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
1) Experience in Finance/Banking/BFSI Industry.
2) Familiarity with financial modelling and scenario planning.
3) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
