Technical Skills: Tally Prime, Tally ERP, Excel & MS Office, Advance Excel

Behavioral Skills: Team Work, Management skills, Risk Assessment, Analytical Skills, Financial Planning (8) Budget & forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
1.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
o
Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
o
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
o
Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
o
Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
2.
Business Partnership:
o
Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner to key stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
o
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, analysis, and presentations
3.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
o
Manage the annual budget process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
o
Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and assumptions. Monitor budget performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
4.
Reporting and Compliance:
o
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support internal and external audits.
o
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
5.
Team Leadership:
o
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
o
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
o
Provide guidance and support to team members on financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
6.
Process Improvement:
o
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function. Leverage technology to automate financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
7.
Ad-hoc financial projects as required for Business Development and Organizational Growth

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
