Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Account Manager

with 4+ years of experience in managing company accounts, financial reporting, and client coordination. The candidate should have strong expertise in

Tally ERP

and proven experience in preparing and analysing the

Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in

Tally ERP (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

. Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations. Prepare

monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

within the given timeline. Analyse P&L performance to highlight trends, variances, and business insights. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

. Manage

vendor payments, invoicing, and client account reconciliations

. Conduct and review

bank reconciliations and petty cash management

. Generate and present

MIS reports

for management review. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Support in internal and external audits with accurate documentation. Work closely with operations and management to improve

cost control and profitability

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

4+ years of accounting experience

with hands-on expertise in

Tally ERP (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

. Proven experience in preparing and analysing

P&L statements and financial reports

. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST and TDS compliance. Advanced

MS Excel

skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, financial modelling preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams. High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
