Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial management, with expertise in regulatory reporting and risk analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead financial planning initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation. Prepare and interpret financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and IAS standards. Conduct risk analysis and manage fiscal responsibilities to mitigate financial risks. Lead budgeting processes and forecasting efforts to ensure accurate financial planning. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis and investment management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee audit processes. Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives to drive business development. Perform cost accounting and cost control measures to optimize financial performance. Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting profit & loss analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Candidate must have pursued in MBA Finance. Proven experience in finance management roles with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices is a plus. Expertise in financial software applications for reporting and analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is advantageous. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members effectively. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Proficiency in technical accounting concepts including ASC 606 and compliance management.
