Position Title: Manager - Finance

Industry: Capital Markets / Financial Services

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter)

Profile Summary:

A results-driven and detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in capital markets,

accounts, taxation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

o Accounting function.

Operations Finance

o Oversight of daily pay-in/pay-out and margin requirements

Taxation & Audit

o Handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, and tax audits.

MIS & Budgeting

o Preparation of financial MIS

Treasury & Fund Management

o Monitoring daily cash flow, optimizing capital deployment across segments.

Key Skills:

Proficient in financial software (Tally prime)

MS Office Skills

Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills

Preferred Background:

3-8 years of post-qualification experience in a broking house, investment firm, or

financial intermediary

Experience in handling finance operations for capital market entity

Working hours

- 1 PM to 10/11 PM -

Five Day week

700,000.00 per year
