Analyse fund flow to assess the financial health of the organization and support strategic decision-making.
Forecast cash requirements and work with internal departments to ensure efficient fund utilisation.
Recommend actions to optimise the cash conversion cycle.
Banking Operations and Documentation:
Handle all
banking-related activities
, including the opening and management of accounts.
Know the process for documentation of
Letter of Credit (LC)
and
Bank Guarantee (BG)
transactions in coordination with banks and vendors.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial documents and compliance with bank requirements.
Liaise with banks for routine operations related to BG / LC/CC and , working capital arrangements, and credit line management.
Stakeholder & Customer Coordination:
Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and resolve billing/payment-related issues.
Build strong working relationships with Banks and financial institutions.
Follow up on receivables to ensure timely inflows and support collection efforts.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and analysis for senior management.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist with external and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Operational & Strategic Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Analyse variances in actual performance vs. budget and provide insights.
Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities in finance operations.
Key Requirements:
MBA in Finance or equivalent from a recognised institution.
At least 5 years & above experience in banking, cash-flow management, preferably in
mid-sized companies
.
Strong knowledge of
cash flow and fund flow preparation, financial reporting, and banking operations
.
Proven experience in handling
LCs, BGs
, and financial documentation.
Ability to follow up with multiple parties, including
stakeholders and customers
, in a professional and efficient manner.
Excellent command over
MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems
.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
