About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Finance Manager
with strong knowledge of
statutory compliance, accounting principles, and financial management
. The ideal candidate will handle complex accounting tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Handle audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and coordinate with auditors.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and systems.
Develop internal financial controls and ensure adherence.
Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and cost optimization.
Handle complex accounting tasks and reconciliations.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Required Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum 10 Years of experience
CMA preferred / CA / MBA (Finance)
Candidates with manufacturing / trading industry experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
