Job Description
: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in financial management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Prepare and manage the company\'s annual budget and long-term financial plans
- Conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors
- Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
